How a PetalPulp piece gets made

Source the material
Handmade paper, offcut teak, and reclaimed wood, checked sheet by sheet and plank by plank.

Fold, carve, or cut
Every petal is hand-folded and every wood piece hand-carved — no two are pressed from a mould.

Finish by hand
Sanding, sealing, and a final quality pass before anything earns a place in the shop.
